When you submit the quote form we receive the name, email address, and any phone number or message you choose to provide. We also record the date of the request. We do not collect anything else through this site, and we do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Why we collect it

To reply to your request, discuss window-covering options, arrange measuring, and prepare a quote. We do not sell or share your details with third parties, and we do not add you to any marketing list without your consent.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Order records are kept as long as tax and warranty obligations require.

Your choices

Write to info@stilllightshades.com to request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it.
